Creating & Managing Your Account

How do I create an account?

Click "Sign Up" on the top right of any page. You can register with your email address and a password. Once registered, you can save shipping addresses, track orders, manage your wishlist, and leave product reviews.

Do I need an account to make a purchase?

An account is required to complete a purchase. Creating an account allows us to provide order tracking, order history, and customer support for your purchases.

How do I update my profile information?

Log in to your account and visit the Account Settings page. From there you can update your name, email address, and other profile details.

Passwords & Security

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link via email. The link expires after a limited time for security purposes, so use it promptly.

How do I change my password?

Log in to your account, go to Account Settings, and look for the password or security section. You'll need to verify your current password before setting a new one.

Is my personal information secure?

We take data security seriously. Your password is encrypted and never stored in plain text. Payment information is handled by Stripe and never touches our servers. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your personal data.

Shipping Addresses

How do I add or edit a shipping address?

Go to your Account page and select "Addresses." You can add new addresses, edit existing ones, or set a default shipping address. You can save up to 10 addresses for easy checkout.

Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?

Currently, each order ships to a single address. If you need items sent to different addresses, please place separate orders.

Wishlist

How does the wishlist work?

Click the heart icon on any product to save it to your wishlist. You can view and manage your saved items from the Wishlist page in your account. You can save up to 100 items.

Will I be notified if a wishlisted item goes on deal?

We're working on deal notifications for wishlisted items. In the meantime, check back regularly — our deals refresh daily with new products each morning.

Order History & Reviews

Where can I see my past orders?

Log in and visit your Account page, then select "Orders." You'll see a complete history of all your purchases, including order status, tracking information, and receipts.

How do I leave a product review?

You can leave a review for any product you've purchased. Go to your order history, find the item, and click "Write a Review." Reviews are limited to one per product and help other shoppers make informed decisions.

Account Issues

I can't log in to my account.

First, try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" link. Make sure you're using the same email address you registered with. If you continue to have trouble, contact us at support@megamorningdeals.com and we'll help you regain access.

How do I delete my account?

To request account deletion, please email support@megamorningdeals.com from the email address associated with your account. We'll process your request and confirm once your account has been removed.
