Placing an Order

How do I place an order?

Browse our daily deals, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide a shipping address and payment method. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Because our deals are time-sensitive and inventory is limited, orders are processed quickly. If you need to make changes, contact us at support@megamorningdeals.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.

Is there a limit on how many items I can order?

Some deals may have per-customer quantity limits to ensure fair access for all shoppers. Any limits will be clearly noted on the deal page. Inventory is held for you during checkout to prevent overselling.

Tracking Your Order

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also view your order status and tracking details by visiting your Account page and selecting "Orders."

My tracking number isn't working. What should I do?

Tracking numbers can take 24–48 hours to become active after your order ships. If your tracking still isn't updating after 48 hours, please contact us with your order number and we'll look into it.

My order shows "delivered" but I haven't received it.

First, check around your property (porches, side doors, mailroom) and with any neighbors. Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered shortly before the final drop-off. If you still can't locate your package after 24 hours, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Shipping Information

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after shipping. During large promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer due to order volume.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on the product and vendor. Not all items are eligible for expedited shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States only. We're exploring international shipping options for the future.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary by item and vendor. The exact shipping cost is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Many deals include free shipping — look for the free shipping badge on deal pages.

Order Issues

I received the wrong item. What do I do?

We're sorry about that! Please email support@megamorningdeals.com with your order number, a photo of the item you received, and a description of what you expected. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

My order arrived damaged.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or other resolution at no additional cost to you.

Part of my order is missing.

If your order contains items from multiple vendors, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. Check your email for multiple tracking numbers. If all items were supposed to ship together and something is missing, please contact us with your order number.
