Payment Methods

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We never store your full credit card details on our servers. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, which uses bank-level encryption and is PCI Level 1 certified — the highest level of security certification in the payments industry.

Can I save my payment method for future purchases?

Payment information is securely managed through Stripe at checkout. For repeat purchases, Stripe may offer to remember your details for a faster checkout experience.

Billing & Charges

When will I be charged?

Your payment method is charged when you complete checkout. During the checkout process, inventory is temporarily held for you to prevent overselling. If checkout is not completed within the hold window, the inventory is released back for other shoppers.

I see a pending charge on my statement. What is it?

A pending charge (also called a pre-authorization) may appear when you initiate checkout. If you don't complete the purchase, this hold is automatically released. The timing depends on your bank — most pending holds clear within 3–5 business days.

My charge doesn't match the price I expected.

Please verify the items in your order confirmation email, including any shipping charges or applicable taxes. If the total still doesn't match, contact us with your order number and we'll review it right away.

I was charged twice for the same order.

Duplicate charges are rare but can occur due to connectivity issues during checkout. Check your email for multiple order confirmations. If you have a duplicate charge, contact us with your order number(s) and we'll issue an immediate refund for the extra charge.

Receipts & Invoices

How do I get a receipt for my order?

An order confirmation email with your receipt is sent automatically when your purchase is complete. You can also view your order history and receipts by logging into your account and visiting the "Orders" section.

Can I get an invoice for a business purchase?

Your order confirmation email serves as your receipt and can be used for business expense purposes. If you need a formal invoice with additional details, please contact our support team with your order number.

Pricing & Deals

Why are your prices so low?

We work directly with brands and authorized vendors to negotiate special promotional pricing. Our deals are time-limited with limited quantities, which allows vendors to offer deeper discounts than traditional retail channels.

Can the price change after I've added an item to my cart?

Deal prices are locked in when you complete checkout. However, since deals are time-limited, a deal may end while items are in your cart. Completing checkout promptly ensures you secure the deal price.

Do you price match?

Our deal prices are already deeply discounted through direct vendor partnerships. Because these are special promotional prices with limited availability, we do not offer additional price matching.
