Return Policy
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Some items may be marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase and are not eligible for return.
Which items cannot be returned?
Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase, opened personal care or hygiene products, customized or personalized items, and digital goods are generally not eligible for return. Any return restrictions are noted on the product page before purchase.
Do I need the original packaging?
Yes, items should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible. If the original packaging is unavailable, please pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit. Items returned in damaged condition due to inadequate packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
How to Return an Item
How do I start a return?
Email support@megamorningdeals.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, the reason for the return, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange. If the item is damaged or defective, please include photos. You can also initiate a return from your Account page under "Orders."
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for standard returns (changed mind, wrong size, etc.). If the item arrived damaged, defective, or was incorrect, we'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Where do I ship my return?
After contacting us, you'll receive return instructions including the shipping address. Since our products come from different vendors, the return address may vary depending on the item. Always wait for return authorization before shipping an item back.
Refunds
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. It may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Will I get a full refund?
You'll receive a full refund of the item price if it's returned in its original condition within 30 days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective).
Can I get a refund without returning the item?
In some cases — such as low-value items or items that are damaged beyond reuse — we may issue a refund without requiring a return. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our support team.
Exchanges
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Yes! If you'd like a different size or color, let us know when you contact us. Exchanges are often the fastest way to resolve sizing or selection issues. Availability depends on current stock — since our deals feature limited quantities, your preferred option may sell out.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
If the item you want is no longer available for exchange, we'll process a full refund instead. Because our deals are time-limited with limited inventory, we recommend exchanging as soon as possible.
Damaged & Defective Items
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the damage (both the item and packaging), and a brief description. We'll determine the best resolution — which may include a prepaid return label, a replacement, or allowing you to keep or discard the item.
My item looks different from the photos.
Product images are provided by manufacturers and may vary slightly in color or packaging due to lighting, monitor settings, or updated branding. Minor cosmetic differences that don't affect functionality are not considered defects. If you believe there's a significant discrepancy, please contact us with photos.
